AIRQUEST STEM Project Competition: Air Pollution & Climate Change

From February 23 to March 15, 2026, a STEM project competition on air pollution and climate change was held among students of schools and colleges in Odessa and the Odessa region. within the framework of the international project ” Interreg – Know What You Breathe : Mobilizing Community for Air Quality in the Black Sea Basin – AIRQUEST”. The organizer was Faculty of Hydrometeorology and Ecology , I. I. Mechnikov ONU.
The competition was attended by 126 participants from the following educational institutions:
1. Odessa Lyceum No. 85 of the Odessa City Council
2. Odessa Private Lyceum “Harmony” of the Odessa City Council
3. Professional College of ONU named after I.I. Mechnikov
4. Municipal institution “Support institution Kodymsky Lyceum No. 1” Kodymsk City Council, Podilskyi District, Odessa Region
5. Odessa Professional College of Computer Technologies, I.I. ONU Mechnikova
6. Odessa Lyceum No. 84 of the Odessa City Council
Based on the results of the competition jury’s work, winners will be selected on March 16-18, 2026. We are waiting for the results and wish all participants success!
