The destruction of equipment affect the air.

Publication date: 21.10.2025

With the start of full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine, the atmospheric ah’ has been significantly affected. A significant source of pollutants in the air is the destraction of various types of military equipment. It should be noted that the highest rates of destraction of equipment are observed for the following types: armoured combat vehicles , motor vehicles, tanks, artillery systems and UAVs.

In terms of emission volumes, the highest volumes are recorded during the destruction of tanks, armoured vehicles and artillery systems. Emissions of individual pollutants vary significantly. The highest indicators per unit of equipment are recorded for СО2
